TrimRx Review: the whole kit, one flat price, and a $140 code that really works
TrimRx is the most straightforward proposition in this category, and for a lot of people that is exactly the appeal. One flat monthly price with no membership fee stacked on top, everything you need to inject arriving cold-chain tracked in a single box, and a genuine $140-off code that has never stopped working. It is also BBB-accredited — a distinction only one other program on this site shares.
- The best-equipped shipment we reviewed. Medication at your dose, syringes, needles, alcohol pads and a sharps container, all cold-chain tracked in one box. Nobody else on this site sends you a kit this complete — everywhere else you are making a second trip to a pharmacy for supplies.
- BBB-accredited since 18 June 2025. Accreditation is a voluntary standard a company has to apply for and maintain, and only one other program on this site holds it. Three of the six carry an F or a C+.
- No membership fee, ever. One monthly number covers the consultation, the follow-ups, the prescription and the medication. There is no separate subscription stacked underneath it — a genuinely unusual structure in this market.
- The $140 code is real and it keeps working. We put
WINTER140through checkout on 27 July 2026: $140 off plus free shipping, no strings. It has never been switched off. - TrimRx answers 72–73% of its negative reviews. That is a company reading its complaints — and it is roughly seven times the response rate of the cheapest program here.
- Worth knowing before you pay: TrimRx has published no outcome data, does not bill insurance and does not bundle labs, and its advertised entry price is well below its renewal price. Get the month-two number at checkout and decide on that.
Nearly six in ten reviewers give it five stars
Start with the headline number, because it is a good one: around 59% of TrimRx reviewers give it the full five stars. That is a large, enthusiastic base of people who got their box on time, got their dose adjusted when they asked, and said so publicly. The overall Trustpilot average is 3.5–3.6 out of 5. The review count is genuinely uncertain — cached mirrors still show around 1,010–1,020, while two independent affiliate sites reported roughly 4,900 as of June and July 2026. The higher figure is more plausible given the growth, but we are not going to pretend to a precision we do not have.
The interesting part is the shape underneath the average. Around 59% five-star and 32–33% one-star, with only about 13% spread across two, three and four stars. An average of 3.5 usually means “fine”, and this is not that. It means most people have a genuinely good experience, and the minority who do not are almost all unhappy about one specific thing. Read on, because that one thing is entirely avoidable if you know about it in advance.
1. What the five-star majority praises
Fast shipping, a complete supplies kit that means no second trip to a pharmacy, responsive care specialists and straightforward dose adjustments. This is the single largest block of reviews.
2. Price shock at renewal — the one thing to get right
A promotional first month around $147 renewing at $259–$399. This single issue accounts for more of the one-star reviews than everything else combined — and it is the one you can head off by confirming the month-two figure at checkout.
3. Cancellation friction and slow refunds
Unexpected recurring charges, difficulty stopping the subscription, and refunds reported as taking more than a month.
Pricing: anchor on $179, and confirm month two
The number TrimRx publishes on its own homepage is “from $179/month”, and that is the figure to anchor on — with the $140 code applied to your first month, the entry cost is among the friendliest in this roundup, and there is no membership fee sitting underneath it. The oral semaglutide alternative runs around the same $179.
Here is the honest complication, and it is the reason this section exists: TrimRx and its press materials publish several different prices simultaneously, and they do not reconcile. None of them is hidden — they are all public — but you should know which one applies to you before you enter a card.

The $140 code: real, verified, and not going anywhere
You will see WINTER140 promoted across affiliate pages as a limited seasonal deal. We checked it live on 27 July 2026 and it works: $140 off a monthly plan, plus free shipping. The same $140 discount is simultaneously running under the code SUMMER140.
What is included
This is where TrimRx is strongest, and it is why the five-star reviews are so positive. Per the company, a plan includes the initial consultation, follow-ups, the prescription, four to five weeks of medication at any dose, syringes and needles, alcohol pads, a sharps container, cold-chain tracked shipping, dose adjustments and access to a care specialist. There is no separate membership fee and TrimRx advertises “cancel anytime”.
Included
- Medication at any dose, four to five weeks per shipment.
- All injection supplies — syringes, needles, pads, sharps container.
- Cold-chain shipping with tracking, typically three to seven business days.
- Consultation, follow-ups and dose adjustments.
- Oral semaglutide as an alternative, around $179/month.
Not included
- Insurance. TrimRx does not bill insurance. HSA/FSA, Klarna, Afterpay and Amex Plan It are accepted.
- Lab work. No bloodwork is bundled; you arrange your own.
- Branded medication supply. A clinician may prescribe it, but you fill it at your own pharmacy at your own cost.
- A published titration schedule. We could not find one.
- A mobile app. TrimRx does not have one.
Eligibility is BMI 27 or above, applied with some flexibility. Orders are non-refundable once your intake is submitted, which is earlier in the process than most people expect. Accounts of the consultation format conflict — some sources describe a live video visit, others an asynchronous questionnaire — so we are treating “live video consult” as unverified.
TrimRx’s own landing-page disclaimer on compounded products is accurate and worth reading before you buy: they are “not FDA-approved. This means the FDA has not reviewed them for safety, effectiveness, or quality.”
Legal and regulatory status
We found no lawsuit, no class action, no regulatory enforcement and no state attorney general action against TrimRx.
There is a Change.org petition titled “Initiate a class action lawsuit against TrimRx,” created on 17 June 2026, which had 161 signatures against a 200 goal when we checked. We are mentioning it because you will find it, and then telling you what it is: an unverified petition with no legal force, filed by an individual, on a page that does not even link to trimrx.com. It is not litigation and it is not evidence of any finding against the company.

How much does TrimRx really cost?
TrimRx's own homepage says "from $179/month", with no separate membership fee on top, and the $140 code brings the first month well below that. Be aware that TrimRx publishes several different figures across its site and press materials, ranging from "starting at $149" to $349/month, and that a promotional first month around $147 can renew at $259 to $399. Confirm the month-two renewal price at checkout before you pay.
Does the WINTER140 code work?
Yes. We verified it live on 27 July 2026 — it takes $140 off a monthly plan and includes free shipping. It is not a seasonal or expiring offer: the identical $140 discount is also running under the code SUMMER140.
What do the five-star reviews say?
Roughly 59% of TrimRx reviewers give it five stars, and they consistently praise the same things: fast cold-chain shipping, a supplies kit complete enough that no pharmacy trip is needed, responsive care specialists and easy dose adjustments.
Why does TrimRx also have one-star reviews?
Its Trustpilot distribution is sharply split — roughly 59% five-star and roughly a third one-star. The one-star reviews are dominated by billing issues: renewal price shock, unexpected recurring charges, cancellation friction and slow refunds. Very few concern the medication itself, which is why confirming your month-two price up front matters so much.
Does TrimRx take insurance?
No. TrimRx does not bill insurance. It accepts HSA and FSA cards, Klarna, Afterpay and Amex Plan It.
What comes in a TrimRx shipment?
Four to five weeks of medication at your prescribed dose, syringes and needles, alcohol pads and a sharps container, shipped cold-chain with tracking. Delivery is typically three to seven business days.
Can I get a refund from TrimRx?
Orders become non-refundable once your intake is submitted, which happens early in the signup process. Reviewers report refund resolution taking more than a month in some cases.
Is there a lawsuit against TrimRx?
No. We found no lawsuit, class action, regulatory enforcement action or state attorney general action against TrimRx. A Change.org petition calling for a class action exists but has no legal force and is not litigation.
